DATA SHEET - Sensors
This sensor sheet includes the most common sensors. A Sensor Interface Module is also available.
HUMIDITY SENSOR: The MiniCap2 humidity sensor is manufactured using state-of-the-art semiconductor technology. The dielectric constant of the thin film polymer changes with atmospheric relative humidity, resulting in a linear capacitance change. The MiniCap2 is unaffected by water condensation and is immune to most reagent vapors.
Package Nominal Capacitance at 25°C, 33% RH Capacitance Change; 10%-90% RH Temperature Dependence Response Time for 90% of range Nonlinearity Long Term Stability Hysteresis (10% to 90% to 10% RH) Applied Voltage |

TEMPERATURE SENSOR: Operating as a 2-terminal zener, the breakdown voltage of the LM335Z is linearly proportional to absolute temperature over its entire operating temperature range. The sensor's output changes +10mV/°C referenced to absolute zero.
