Micro-440e Starter Packages HARDWARE PACKAGE: Includes everything needed to get most projects up and running at the lowest possible cost. All you provide is a terminal or PC with serial port (and a terminal program) for programming. This package includes the Micro-440e, 12V power supply, 9-pin PC cable with 25-pin adapter, User's Manual, Pocket Reference Guide, and ST-I/O Interface Module. COMPLETE HARDWARE PACKAGE: Includes all the items in the Hardware Package, plus the MCS®-51 Reference Manual. This manual provides extensive details on the 8051 hardware and programming information. It also includes several application note reprints. ASSEMBLER PACKAGE: A combination hardware/software development system. The Assembler Package includes the Complete Hardware Package and the following MS-DOS software: A51 Macro Assembler, Object-Hex-Symbol Converter, and MonScope-51 Symbolic Debugger. OTHER SOFTWARE PACKAGES: For serious BASIC program developers, the BASIKIT and BEC-51 BASIC Compiler software packages are available with either of the Hardware or Assembler Packages. Micro-485 Starter Packages The Micro-485 starter packages are the same as the Micro-440e packages, except that the Micro-485 packages include the ST-485 interface board and a 9VDC power supply. Xplor Series PDC Starter Packages All Xplor PDCs are available in starter packages that include the Xplor
Series controller board, serial interface cable and adapter, 9 volt power
supply, user's manual, application notes, and Xplor Series applications
TB-QComm is a communications utility specially configured to enable your PC to talk to your Xplor Series PDC. It includes "Hot-keys" for downloading, uploading, running, listing and editing BASIC programs. A customized menu lists TB-QComm commands as well as TB52 keywords. BXA-51 is an 8051/52 Assembler that you can use for modifying library routines or creating your own assembly language programs. You can use it to translate your assembly language program to a hex file that can be downloaded to your Xplor PDC with TB-QComm.
