The Xplor-32c and Xplor-32ca are great for cost-conscious, high profile applications where you have a simple monitoring or control task that has to look good too! Whether your project will be placed on a desk, mounted on a wall, or concealed in a large enclosure, these controllers are as easy to mount as they are to use. Screw terminals are provided for all I/O signals, so even your wiring is quick and easy.
The Xplor-32c is a modified version of the standard Xplor-32 PDC and ST-25 Interface Module combination. It includes all of the common Xplor Series PDC features (80C32 CPU, 12 digital I/O, 5 volt regulator, communications/programming port, I/O socket block, 8K EEPROM with TB52) along with a power jack, PC COM port connector, and screw terminals, all on the same board. Added features include a reset switch and a power status LED, all mounted in a removable plastic case for that "finished" look. Mounting flanges on the plastic case make it easy to attach the Xplor-32c to a flat surface. Board Dimensions: 2.28" x 4.78"
The Xplor-32ca adds the analog input features of the Xplor-32a (11 channel, 10-bit A/D converter) to the Xplor-32c. It also includes circuitry to support on-board temperature and humidity sensors and a wake-up timer. Like the Xplor-32c, the Xplor-32ca includes a reset switch, power status LED, and a removable plastic case. Board Dimensions: 2.28" x 4.78"
As with the other Xplor Series PDCs, a socket block feature provides a convenient way to customize the I/O lines. For small or large quantity production runs, any of the Xplor PDCs can be purchased with standard or customer specific I/O components soldered in place of the socket blocks. Both controllers are available in various configurations, with or without the case, for cost-effective OEM applications. Starter packages, peripherals, accessories, and sensors are also available.
